Banana cinnamon pancakes!

Heyo y'all! Today I will be sharing my recipe for banana cinnamon pancakes! These are so delish and I loved eating them this morning. They are also way healthier than normal pancakes. Ready to eat them? Let's go! UwU

Ingredients:

2 bananas
Teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of milk
4 tablespoons oat flour
2 eggs
Some chocolate chips (optional)
A tablespoon of butter

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a blender except the butter and the chocolate. Make sure they are well blended and no lumps are in the batter. Heat the pan and grease it with the butter.
When the pan is nicely greased, make pancakes about the size of your palm. Mine fit 6 of them in there. Don't make them too big, as these pancakes are very fragile and can break easily.



As soon as the batter is in the pan, sprinkle the chocolate chips in. Tip: If one falls in the pan instead of in the pancake, grab a spoon and eat that soft chip up! These pancakes take about 1 minute to cook on each side, but just watch them carefully as they burn easily. If you see bubbling around the edges, the side is almost (almost) ready. 

Serve with cream or maple syrup. Delicious, right?
