A Artist's Quest - Part 1

Image
Today I am starting a Artist's Quest series. In this I am going to tell you all my art stories-what I like to draw, what I like to do in art, my art supplies, and so on. In this part I am going to tell you all of the supplies I use for art. Here is the crayons that I use for art. I really like these because they have got 64 colors. What's the last time you saw silver, gold, and copper crayons? They also have very pretty colors, such as mulberry and turquoise. This is a very unique set and I'd recommend any extravagant-color-loving artist these! Here are the pens which I use for art: WHsmith 30 assorted pens. These are pretty and cute and a lovely set. 15 ballpoints and15 gels, this is a set to have. I hope you loved this post and check out my next part!

Tips On How To Throw A Event

I am going to tell you how to plan a event. Also, I will tell you how to choose the right planners other than yourself, get the work divided equally and throw it in the end. So lets get started................ 1. Choose your team. Close friends/family members work best, and try to get a wide age group. For example: 11, 9, 6, and 5. 2. Choose which kind of event. A sale, a carnival, a fund-raising event, a party.....its your choice! 3. Now, choose a way you are going to advertise the event. You can put up posters, you can give invitations or flyers. It depends on the event. I think for sales, carnivals, fund-raising events, you should do posters or/and flyers, but for a party do invites. 4. Make a document on Word, or PowerPoint, or Excel, and fill in all the things. Such as: The names of the planners, the people invited or the amount of posters put up, the theme (if there is one!), and many other things. 5. Arrange the food. You can order it from outside, or you can make i

.S.t. Clare's

I wanted to do a book review (I haven't done one for quite a while) so I chose not to do one book, but a whole series! So the book series I'm going to be reviewing today is S.t. Clare's series by Enid Blyton. Sorry I couldn't find a prior image though..! S.t. Clare's Author:  Enid Blyton (two books are written by Pamela Cox)   Summary: Two twins, named Patricia and Isabel, have to transfer boarding schools. They want to stay at that school, because they don't think very good of S.t. Clare's, but of course they go to the school, and then after staying for a while, they begin to not think badly of it. After the first book, they go on, having adventures like midnight feasts, and once even a moonlight picnic! They go on, progressing in different forms, i.e. first, second, third, and so on until the book series ends, making them head girls of the whole school. Additionall note: I first got the first book in a gift, and then I was lucky enough to get

Finding your Talent

Talent. You will say, 'I don't have a talent/s!' when you hear this word. But, you see, everybody has a talent. It might be something obvious and specific, like a talent for arts and crafts, or a talent for writing poetry, or a talent for swimming. And some talents are not really obvious like a talent for helping and kindness, or a talent for finding the best hiding places, or even a talent for smiling. Here are some questions to help you find your talent/s. Answer them all, and note both Q and A down on paper. So here you go............................................................................................................................... -Do you like any kind of sports? If so, which one are you good at? -Do you love art? If so, which kind of art and craft are you very good at? -Do you like to write? If so, which kind of writing are you leading in? -Do you try to help and cure sadness whenever possible? -Is there something you friends and family say

My Hobbies and Enjoyments

I have divided this post in to two sections. One is about my Hobbies and one is about my Enjoyments . I had been meaning to make a post like this for a while (Okay, maybe for a long time) and I had posted this idea in my "Coming Soon" post. So for the first section of this post, I was meaning to tell you about my.......... Hobbies - Quilling . I love to quill and it is very peaceful, and teaches patience. - Origami . Origami is one of my all-time favorites, and it's fun making both easy+hard models. - Gardening. Gardening is utterly stunning. You sow one seed and water it, and next week its here. - Reading . I read, like, every minute of the day. I fell in love with books when I knew how to read. -Anything involving animals. I WOULD feed them, or touch if the chance comes. - Drawing. Drawing is something I have done, ever since I was able to grip a pencil. \ Now for the second section of this post, I was meaning to tell you about my........... Enjo

Never Let Go

Sorry I am writing so many poems! I promise my next post will be about something else. Believe in your dreams, Never let the hopes go, Shine in your day-dreams, If they say you can't be this they're wrong, no no, You will show the world, What you can do, Your dreams should be like fresh leaves unfurled, It's only a few, Who go on, unaffected by society, Which is thinking they're high and mighty, So become one of those few, And go on without listening to a bark from a dog or a cat's mew.

I know (List Poem)

I know That I can make a difference I know That I can change the world I know That as long as I know I can do it, I will do it I know That people think I'm not capable I know That I can make an explosion I know That I can wash away the tears of old failure I know That there's one more chance for me I know, or I think That this time is my success I know That people underestimate me I know That people think I'm not worth it I know I can surpass them I know I can amaze them I know The key to overcome obstacles I know That it is hard work and determination I know

The gardening workshop

Today I went to a gardening workshop for kids. I learned about sowing, transplanting, and propagating. I looked at some of the plants there. They were truly exotic! There was a purple chili, and a big purple flower, which looked like a lettuce first, but the teacher told me it was really a flower. There were pink and white roses too. There were flowers resembling hibiscuses and there was spinach, basil, tomato, papaya, and salad-leaf plants. Ok, you actually want to hear what I did there, right? Well, let me tell you. All the kids (including me!) planted sunflower and salad-leaf. There was actually choice of either sunflower/bean seeds, but everybody, obviously, chose sunflower. After we had planted our seeds, we watered them and put them on a small window edge that looked into the balcony so we could take them home. After that, we learned transplanting. She showed us dahlias and daisies that were ready to transplant. Now, I must mention that they were mostly small kids there, apart f

A Sunny Day

The sun shining down on me, While the clouds float around, Stalks and stems, like a strong tree, Never fail to bend to the ground, Flowers, in the meadow sweet and soft, The dewdrops, shining on a blade of grass, Now I climb up into a loft, Where the warm fires last.

Dream Big

Dream That you can do anything That you can be believing If something happens to shatter your dream Don't give up; forget that scheme Work your way through It's true That you Can be anything you wish I just want to reach my dream of being a fish Dreams can be wild Dreams can be mild It just has to be something you want to succeed in Just don't throw it in the bin Keep trying you'll see You'll accomplish that dream-y Dreams can be big Dreams can be small But most of all Dreams can come true

The True Friend

Yes, you know that friends are people that you like, and enjoy being with. But what do you know about distinguishing them from other people, and the types of friends? Well, I will tell you. There are three types of people in the world; friends, fellows, and enemies. But there are two types of friends; argumentive and helpers. Even so, finding a friend can be hard enough. I've always been a shy girl but I used these tips to get me started: Choose anyone you think looks friendly, kind and loyal and/or looks a little bit lonely. You can be friends in any age group, just remember! Summon the courage to just come up and say hello! Prepare some questions beforehand, like, "Do you have a pet?" or "What's your name?", etc. Keep an eye out for them in the park/playground/outdoors. Whenever you talk to them, make sure to ask a question only once . Like, don't repeat the same question over again and again. ____________________________________________

And inside was three Jannah Jewels rucksacks, three Jannah Jewels pencils, Three JJ(Jannah Jewels) notepads, and three JJ bookmarks. I gave two of the packs to my friends and kept one for myself. Now I'm looking forward to ordering 9, 10, 11, 12. Here is Jannah Jewels picture, including the logo and the main characters:

Blogging Time!

Yes, yes I know.... I haven't posted for ages! I'm finally back and ready to start but I just wanted to tell you all something. I am quite busy these days ( if you want to know, I'm busy with clubs and classes, studies, Warrior Cats club..being a leader is so NOT my cup of tea ) and I just can't find enough mood to lift the lid of the laptop, open Blogger, and type. Trust me, I am keeping up to date on all your blogs but unfortunately not mine.  So, um, I have a club today and a class tomorrow. Yes, yes I know. Before I uploaded TWO times a DAY. But that is so not the case now. So hoping to see you all on Fries-day (Get the joke?) and on Saturday.
